Shipping and Returns

We are proud of our product, and the individualized services, including custom orders, we can offer you. Our goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased

Everything is made just for you, to provide the best quality.

Bags: We normally need 3 - 7 business days to make your product from the date of your order. 

Shoes: We normally need 5 -12 business days to make your product from the date of your order.  

All Items ship via Express delivery with tracking detail. Shipping takes around 2 days

We require your telephone number in your shipping information. This is necessary for an efficient delivery of your order.

Returns

All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unwashed/unaltered with original tags for store credit.

All return items must be shipped back with in 30 days after being received and the shipping cost should be taken care of by the buyer.

Store credit will be given of equal value,

*Sale items are only eligible for an exchange. Buyer would cover shipping cost.

Damage or incorrect merchandise must be reported to lillalane@lillalane.com within 7 days after receiving. We will reimburse any shipping return fees. Refund or store credit will be given.
